At Mellowon, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Replacement Policy
We only provide replacement for:

Damaged products

Wrong products received
To request a replacement:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof.

The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits.

Customers must provide their Order ID and the reason for the replacement request.
Without a proper opening video, replacement requests may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds once an order is placed and shipped.
Refunds are only applicable if:

The ordered product is unavailable, or
-
The replacement product cannot be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes

Minor color/design variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Damages caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
