Refund policy

At Mellowon, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Replacement Policy

We only provide replacement for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong products received

To request a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof.

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits.

  • Customers must provide their Order ID and the reason for the replacement request.

Without a proper opening video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds once an order is placed and shipped.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable, or

  • The replacement product cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Minor color/design variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

  • Damages caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

  • Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
