Mellowon is an online store based in Kerala, India, offering fashion products, gadgets, accessories, and other lifestyle items.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Pricing

  • All product prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We try our best to display product colors and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

  • Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through email or contact details provided during checkout.

  • Mellowon reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

Payments

We currently accept prepaid orders through available payment methods on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected orders through WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Additional COD/shipping charges may apply.

  • Shipping charges paid for COD confirmation are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on location and courier service availability.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible before shipment confirmation.

Replacement & Refunds

We only provide replacement for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong products received

Conditions:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A proper unboxing/opening video is mandatory.

  • The Order ID and reason for the issue must be provided.

Refunds are not available once an order has been shipped unless:

  • The ordered item is unavailable, or

  • Replacement cannot be provided.

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, designs, text, and branding belongs to Mellowon and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mellowon shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect customer information provided during checkout

  • Minor product variations

  • Losses caused by misuse of products
